We are a prestigious hotel located in the heart of Singapore, committed to providing exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. As a Front Office Director, you will be responsible for leading our Front Office team in delivering outstanding hospitality and ensuring seamless guest experiences.
**Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum**, depending on experience.
**Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Foster a culture of excellence, drive departmental objectives, and oversee daily operations and administration of the Front Office department.
- Guest Services: Maintain high guest service focus, approach all interactions with guests in mind, and ensure every guest experience aligns with our hotel's brand and service quality.
- Team Management: Recruit, select, and onboard new team members, develop and implement action plans to improve guest experiences, and monitor and assess team performance.
- Diploma in Hotel Management or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of managerial experience in hotel front office operations
- Proven leadership and decision-making skills, especially in high-pressure situations
- Proficiency in Opera / Opera Cloud
- A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum
