About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join ENCOMPASSE as a Front Desk Customer Service Officer, playing a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and register visitors efficiently and accurately, maintaining a positive and cheerful disposition at all times.
  • Effectively manage queue systems and crowd control where necessary, guaranteeing a smooth and efficient flow of visitors.
  • Maintain accurate and updated visitor records, adhering to PDPA requirements and ensuring confidentiality.
  • Manage keys, including issue, return, and accounting on a daily basis, demonstrating attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure, meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations.
  • Respond to public enquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner, aligning with guidelines and policies.
  • Monitor attendance and prepare reports as required, highlighting trends and areas for improvement.
  • Comply with SOPs, policies, guidelines, and processes, upholding the highest standards of quality and integrity.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing rosters and prioritize tasks effectively, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Organize and maintain records, documents, and files in support of required activities, showcasing expertise in digitalization exercises and document management.
  • Able to learn quickly and adapt to changes, contributing to a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken) and IT literacy, familiar with common software applications.

To succeed in this role, you will be a team player with excellent communication skills, able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Your proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word is essential, along with your ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations.
