Business Development Specialist

This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the founder of a company specializing in drug testing, alcohol testing, infectious disease kits, and medical device regulatory affairs.


As a business development specialist, you will gain direct exposure to business operations, regulatory affairs, and wealth management while ensuring the founder's time remains focused on strategic priorities.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Operational Excellence
    • Oversee order processing and manage office operations, vendor coordination, and support functions.
    • Coordinate with nominee directors, corporate secretaries, and accountants across ASEAN.
    • Assist medical device registration dossiers with regulatory authorities across Southeast Asia.
    • Operate and manage global drug and alcohol testing programs, including scheduling, reporting, and donor communications.
    • Represent the founder in meetings with clients, partners, and regulators.
  • Wealth Management and Strategy
    • Monitor investment portfolios, financial reports, and performance updates.
    • Liaise with financial advisors, bankers, and stakeholders to support informed decision-making and execute trades.
    • Conduct research and prepare concise briefs on new business opportunities.
