Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support, drive HR initiatives, and manage office operations.
Key Responsibilities- Executive Support: Offer comprehensive support to our Managing Director and leadership team, including scheduling, travel coordination, and communications.
- Travel Logistics: Manage travel arrangements by liaising directly with leadership and collaborating with external agencies.
- Meeting Coordination: Assist in meeting preparation and event logistics, supporting leadership with presentation materials.
- Employee Engagement: Partner with our regional HR team to host internal events promoting employee engagement and strengthening company culture.
- Onboarding: Organize onboarding processes with tailored templates and support recruitment activities.
- Facility Management: Oversee office upkeep, ensuring a functional and well-organized workplace environment.
- Inventory Management: Manage office supply inventory and oversee administrative duties as needed.
- Additional Tasks: Support additional tasks and initiatives, adapting to the evolving needs of the team and organization.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably within industrial or marine equipment sectors, with HR and office management experience.
- Skills: Proficient in MS Office Suite, highly organized, and adept at multitasking.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong communicator with a professional approach to supporting leadership and team engagement.
- Cultural Fit: Positive team player with a proactive attitude towards enhancing company culture.
$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
