Job Overview:

CoverXpress Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Business Development and Growth Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities in the corporate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationships:
    • Build and maintain ongoing relationships with corporate prospects and clients.
    • Understand clients' business, risk profile, exposures, needs, and expectations.
  • Opportunity Identification and Conversion:
    • Identify, acquire, and convert opportunities for corporate new business.
    • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
  • Recommendations and Engagement:
    • Provide appropriate recommendations on insurance coverage and insurance program design.
    • Assist clients in the event of major claims.
    • Implement and monitor client engagement as per the company's model.
  • Sales and Marketing:
    • Exceed revenues budgeted for growing portfolio.
    • Develop new business channels and hire producers.
    • Maintain renewal income to at least budgeted levels and in line with set and agreed personal objectives.
