The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our Global Platform Sales Team in Singapore. As a member of this team, you will represent FICO's flagship software offering, the FICO Platform, and partner with Key Account Managers, Technical, and Industry Pre-Sales teams to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive adoption and growth of the FICO Platform among existing and new customers in Consumer Lending and Retail Banking.
  • Build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders in Business and Technology to understand their decision management challenges and articulate FICO's platform capabilities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to research and shape potential solution opportunities, formulate and position solution proposals, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Manage sales to quarterly and annual targets, with opportunities for significant earnings upside when targets are exceeded.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and/or relevant work experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
  • Strong track record of building relationships and understanding client industry and business/technology challenges.
  • Demonstrated success in selling complex enterprise software solutions to large clients in financial services/banking.
  • Knowledge or experience in Consumer Lending, Credit Risk, Account Management, Retail Banking, and Fraud is a plus.
  • Passion for learning and educating customers and FICO colleagues through presentations and conversations.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the business week to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
