Corporate Accounting and Administration Specialist

The Private Advertiser seeks a highly skilled accounting professional to fill the position of Corporate Accounting and Administration Specialist. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to the Corporate Finance department.
Main Accountabilities:
• Deliver accurate and timely financial reporting, including accounts receivable, payable, and bank reconciliations.
• Collaborate with the CFO to ensure effective communication with external auditors, tax agents, and professional advisors.
• Support management accounting functions, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.
• Utilize business intelligence tools to analyze and present financial performance data for management decision-making.
• Participate in the development and implementation of financial processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting and finance.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
