Visionary HR Leader Wanted

Job Description:
  • Drive organizational transformation and workforce planning to align human capital strategy with business objectives.
  • Lead talent acquisition initiatives, leveraging data and technology to attract top-tier talent across diverse geographies.
  • Partner with senior leadership to design and implement effective organizational structures and change management strategies.
Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic Workforce Planning:
    Develop long-term workforce plans to ensure alignment with business growth goals.
  2. Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding:
    Design and implement forward-looking talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.
  3. Organizational Design & Change Management:
    Collaborate with senior leadership to drive organizational effectiveness and lead change initiatives.
  4. Total Rewards & Performance Strategy:
    Oversee the development of competitive compensation frameworks and performance management systems.
  5. Compliance & Risk Management:
    Ensure HR policies and practices comply with local and international labor laws.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in HR or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in HR, including team-leading positions.
  • Fully versed in employment law and award interpretation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
