Senior Director of Human Capital Management
Job Description:This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving the development and execution of forward-thinking human capital strategies to support business objectives and workforce agility. The Senior Director of Human Capital Management will lead the implementation of HR initiatives that foster a culture of excellence, drive business results, and promote a positive employee experience.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human capital management, with a proven track record of developing and executing strategic plans that align with business goals. They will be able to leverage their expertise to drive business outcomes, improve organizational effectiveness, and enhance the overall employee value proposition.
In this role, the Senior Director of Human Capital Management will be responsible for leading a team of HR professionals who will provide support and guidance to employees across the organization. This includes talent management, performance development, employee relations, and succession planning.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for driving HR transformation and digitalization, including the adoption of HR technologies and system enhancements. They will work closely with executive leadership and business units to develop and implement strategies that align with business objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Additional qualifications such as a Graduate Diploma in HR, Organization Development, Supply Chain Management, or professional HR certification are preferred
- Minimum of 15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 10 years in senior leadership roles in sectors such as public healthcare, supply chain, or logistics
- Strong background in HR strategy formulation and execution, particularly in supply chain or logistics environments
- Proven success in driving HR transformation and workforce optimization through the use of technology
- Proficient in HRIS systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors) and data-driven decision-making
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and change management skills, with a strong focus on compliance and governance
