Are you a strategic thinker who can drive workforce development and strengthen the Public Service? We are seeking an exceptional Senior Executive to join our team.

About the Role

As a Senior Executive, you will play a key role in leading workforce development projects with public sector agencies. Your primary responsibility will be to support agencies in developing Strategic Workforce Plans for the 2030s, ensuring alignment between business priorities and workforce strategies.

Support agencies in developing SWP frameworks that meet their unique needs and goals.Facilitate consultations, workshops, and events to build SWP capabilities across the Public Service.Provide insights, enablers, and resources to agencies to develop tailored SWP plans.Analyse manpower data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities.Develop labour market reports to distil key insights and support agencies' SWP efforts.Contribute to policy and strategy development to enhance career mobility and flexibility within the Public Service.Develop contingency manpower plans to ensure Public Service workforce resilience during crises.">
