Senior Manager, Scholarship Programs

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the development and execution of scholarship programs across our healthcare cluster. This role combines strategic oversight with operational execution, aimed at attracting, engaging, and developing a future-ready healthcare workforce.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the healthcare sector and workforce development strategies, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to build relationships with diverse stakeholders, drive data-driven decision-making, and work collaboratively in a mission-driven environment.

The Senior Manager, Scholarship Programs will be responsible for leading the administration and implementation of scholarship programs, including coordinating with government agencies and institutions for roadshows, scholarship talks, and other events. They will also facilitate selection processes, plan and conduct orientation programs, and develop outreach strategies to increase take-up rates of pre-service sponsorships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and execution of scholarship programs across the healthcare cluster.
  • Coordinate with government agencies and institutions for roadshows, scholarship talks, and other events.
  • Facilitate selection processes, including candidate shortlisting and interview coordination.
  • Plan and conduct orientation programs for new scholars.
  • Develop outreach strategies to increase take-up rates of pre-service sponsorships.

Requirements:
  • A recognized degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR, scholarships management, or student outreach/talent development.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare sector and workforce development strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a mission-driven environment.
