**Introduction**
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic professional who will lead APAC Fab Workforce Planning & Development Programs. This individual will interlock with the local GF organizations (primarily Fabs) on future workforce needs and model talent pipeline programs to fill the long-term labor needs of the Fab. The individual will serve as point of contact (POC) for educational development programs and engagement with education stakeholders, leveraging external relationships and resources to support business needs. They will manage and coordinate volunteer programs to foster collaboration with local schools and higher education institutions and create experiential learning and mentorship opportunities, positioning students for future entry into semiconductor manufacturing careers. Additionally, the individual also creates & drives workforce development opportunities that foster the growth of internal employees and external community relationships & pipelines.
**Your Job**
- Model Fab labor needs on a five-year time horizon and map potential talent pools and sources to meet the need.
- Partner with respective HR COEs (Talent Acquisition, Immigration, L&OD) to develop and coordinate talent pipeline initiatives such as apprenticeships, NCG hiring, internships, immigration strategy, diverse hiring programs and other key pipeline sources.
- Track talent yield and effectiveness of programs, diverting resources and effort to high priority programs.
- Facilitate regular report-outs with Fab Leadership on workforce pipeline and development activities
- Build strategic relationships with local schools, higher education institutions, and early college high school programs to garner interest in STEM fields & build a future workforce for GF including specialty focus on females and other non-traditional workforce sources
- Attend/conduct activities in the community relating to education and workforce services and connect with employers, educators, and community organizations on a frequent basis to market and enrich our programs and build a sustainable talent pipeline
- Maintain regular contact with educators, and community leaders to monitor GF impact and to suggest refinement of requirements to better prepare participants to meet GF hiring needs
- Recruit, train, and engage GF employees to serve as ambassadors in the education community, continuously developing and updating content to drive education programming
- Support efforts to position GF as a national leader in workforce development, serving on committees and advisory councils in chambers of commerce, economic development entities, schools, and higher education institutions to inform the development of curricula and strategies to meet GF’s short
- and long-term talent needs
- Collaborate with Public institutions, Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Technical Training, and Communications teams to spearhead and manage strategic education initiatives that elevate GF’s brand and position the company as an employer of choice for recent college graduates and early-career professionals
- Plan and execute multiple, large scale internal and external events throughout the year associated with education, community, and other company initiatives; heavy emphasis on promoting STEM activities both internally and externally

**Required Qualifications***:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Organizational Management, Social Science, or Related Field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR programs management, corporate education outreach and/or community relations
- Ability to work independently and lead multiple others collaboratively to achieve results
- Travel: 10-20% travel
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Master’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Organizational Management, Social Science, or Related Field
- Ability to influence and persuade others to buy into goals or actions, without having to rely on positional power
- Strong understanding of STEM environment & initiatives
- Excellent project & program management capabilities
- Advanced computer skills with MS Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Google Suite and Oracle PeopleSoft
- Exceptional analytical skills, comfortable working with large amounts of data and communicating data findings, including experience establishing and tracking program metrics
- Experience identifying and resolving issues independently, will take initiative even under unfamiliar or ambiguous circumstances
