Strategic HR Leadership

The role requires a visionary leader to partner with the executive leadership team, driving human capital initiatives that fuel organizational growth, performance, and employee engagement in a highly regulated MedTech environment.

The ideal candidate will align HR strategies with the company's value creation plan, support rapid scale-up, ensure compliance, and foster a high-performance culture that drives operational excellence and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic HR Partnership: Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and execute a people strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning: Oversee recruitment strategy to attract top-tier talent across engineering, manufacturing, quality, regulatory, and commercial functions.
  • Talent Management & Development: Implement leadership development programs, technical training, and succession planning to build future leadership capacity.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Oversee total rewards strategy, ensuring competitiveness in the MedTech market.
  • Employee Engagement & Culture: Drive initiatives to enhance employee recognition and retention in a manufacturing and R&D environment.
  • Regulatory Compliance & Governance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including Singapore Employment Act and ISO 13485 requirements.
