Strategic Account Growth Manager

At LINKEDCORP HR CONSULTANCY PTE. LTD., we are seeking an accomplished Strategic Account Growth Manager to spearhead business expansion in the Singapore market, focusing on the FMCG and analgesic industries.
About the Role:
We are looking for a seasoned professional with at least 5 years of experience in key account management within the FMCG industry, preferably in the analgesic market. Your extensive knowledge of local market dynamics, coupled with exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, will be instrumental in driving sales growth and fostering long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies to achieve sales targets and drive business growth in the Singapore market.
- Cultivate strong relationships with major retail chains and distributors, leveraging your expertise in trade marketing and distributor management.
- Analyze market trends, identify opportunities for product placement, and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to implement promotional campaigns.
- Negotiate mutually beneficial contracts and agreements with key clients, ensuring seamless execution of sales and operations across the entire Singapore market.
- Provide regular performance updates and reports to senior management, highlighting key account activities and sales performance.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in key account management within the FMCG industry, with a proven track record in the analgesic market.
- Strong understanding of local Singapore market dynamics and experience working with major retail chains or distributors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to handle pressure and stress while achieving targets.
- Possession of own transport is highly desirable.
