Job Summary

As a Strategic Account Growth Manager at Panasonic, you will be responsible for developing and expanding existing accounts within a designated geographic territory. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills to provide superior customer service and ensure long-term business success.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage assigned customer accounts and collaborate with other teams as needed.
  • Analyze contractual requirements of assigned customers and ensure fulfillment from the company.
  • Develop strategies for long-term business growth by maintaining regular contact with customer management to promote Panasonic products and services.
  • Plan regional customer service efforts to meet customer satisfaction demands and drive future business growth.
  • Ensure seamless execution, communication, and delivery across all internal or contracted departments that interface with customers.
  • Manage customer survey activities and track customer satisfaction ratings to measure satisfaction levels.
  • Identify resource deficiencies or performance gaps and work with account teams to resolve issues and win new business.
  • Support business operations between customers and Panasonic, including collections, revenue recognition, PO receipt, sales forecasting, and change requests.
  • Prepare reports and professional presentations to communicate potential opportunities and challenges to customer teams and senior management.
Education and Experience Requirements
  • A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in account management.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or commensurate work experience.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
  • Technical understanding of In-Flight Entertainment systems and its components.
  • Strong knowledge of the Aviation industry and related fields.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to interact with diverse social, cultural, economic, and educational backgrounds.
  • Proven problem-solving, decision-making, and multi-tasking skills to address customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal departments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Additional benefits may include health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
