Preqin's Strategic Account Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Success Manager (CSM). This role sits between our client-facing teams and our clients' organizations, serving as the primary point of contact for strategic and high-growth accounts.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead onboarding for Preqin's strategic accounts by developing a deep understanding of our clients' organizational structure, each user's role, and day-to-day function.
- Act as consultants and problem solvers, providing training and guidance to clients on how to reach solutions and desired outcomes using Preqin products.
- Grow customer lifetime value by proactively engaging clients and serving as their advocate internally.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Client Success or customer-facing roles in the finance, SaaS, tech, or related industries.
