Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Client Success professional to join our APAC team. This role will be responsible for managing and growing existing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to retain and grow existing client base
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across designated territory
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Provide timely and effective issue resolution to ensure client satisfaction
  • Communicate client feedback and market trends to relevant stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Client Success or Client Service within financial data vending industry
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
