This role is well-suited for highly consultative sellers who sit at the table with executive-level decision makers to devise solutions to their toughest problems. You will have high accountability and ownership over a portfolio of large clients, focusing on account growth and new business generation.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Originating opportunities and closing deals: Bringing in new business, originating and selling to existing clients, and making believers of new ones.
  • Building client relationships: Defining the client experience by building durable relationships, inspiring trust, and proposing innovative solutions.
  • Consulting with C-level executives: Working with savvy leaders of large in-house legal teams to plan for their future.
  • Collaborating with the commercial team: Partnering daily to close and support strategic opportunities.
  • Offering thought leadership: Leading clients and mentoring junior team members.

About You:

We're looking for experienced B2B client service professionals with extensive background in consultative sales roles where they exceeded business goals. You should have a proven track record in heavy business development initiatives and generating new logos.

You'll be comfortable working in a senior role as an individual contributor, managing multiple complex deals across multiple clients and stages. You should be highly organized with meticulous attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and expert judgment and decision-making skills.

You'll be a high-impact communicator, presenting to executive-level stakeholders, and know how to leverage data to make smart decisions. You should demonstrate a relentless service orientation, effortlessly form trusted-advisor relationships, and operate effectively within a highly collaborative team environment.

Requirements:

  • Background in B2B client service
  • Extensive experience in consultative sales roles
  • Proven track record in heavy business development initiatives
  • Ability to manage multiple complex deals
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Expertise in Salesforce or comparable CRM system

Estimated Salary Range: SGD 120,000 - 180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
