Job Role:
Sales Professional

In the Asia Pacific region, we seek a skilled Sales Executive to drive business growth. This role requires someone who can effectively manage credit lines, analyze financial data, and maintain strong relationships with customers. The ideal candidate will have experience in regional sales and market analysis, with a degree or diploma in chemical engineering or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and marketing of engineering plastics, polyurethane chemicals, and silicones.
  • Set up credit lines, review, and analyze financial statuses of customers and manage credit control according to company requirements.
  • Liaise and coordinate with suppliers, clients, and overseas offices.
  • Provide monthly and weekly pricing from suppliers to customers and distributors.
  • Conduct bi-yearly reviews on sales budgets set with suppliers and distributors.
  • Generate monthly sales reports.
  • Establish strong relationships with customers and maximize business opportunities.
  • Present new product grades to customers.
  • Manage customer support activities and assigned personnel to maximize profit, growth, and industry awareness within product marketing strategies and objectives.
  • Resolve outstanding invoices.
  • Share market intelligence with the team.

Requirements:

  • Hold 1-6 years of experience in regional sales and market analysis.
  • Familiarity with letters of credit (LC).
  • Possess a degree or diploma in chemical engineering or a related field.
  • Prior experience in the trading industry is advantageous.
  • Product experience in polyurethane, chemicals, silicone, rubber, PU application, or PU machine operation is beneficial.
  • Ability to travel frequently for business trips in Asian regions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
