About the Role

This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and has excellent communication skills. As a Facilities Coordinator and Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality facility management services to our clients, including reception, administration, and security management.

The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in corporate facilities management and a university degree. They should also possess strong interpersonal skills, proficiency in English (spoken and written), and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facility Management: Ensure the overall upkeep of the workplace environment, including cleaning, security, pest control, plants, repair, and maintenance.
  • Customer Service/Client Relationships: Maintain good communication with on-site stakeholders, prepare reports as required, and collect client feedbacks.
  • Reception Front Desk Service: Represent the company as the front face of the office, greet clients, handle telephone calls, book conference rooms, and office equipment.
  • Security Management: Coordinate vendors to maintain/repair security systems and CCTV systems, manage regional badge operations, and handle other security responsibilities.
  • Office Equipment & Environment Management: Ensure all office equipment is in good working order, arrange office ad-hoc repairs, monitor landscaping services, and cleaning services.
  • Vendor Management: Assist with the selection of contractors, monitor their works, and evaluate their service performance.
  • Payment/Billing Management: Assist with receiving and verifying monthly statements, allocating expenses, and preparing reports for clients.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of SGD $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as medical insurance, annual leave, and opportunities for career growth and professional development.
