As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and nurturing deep stakeholder relationships with our Enterprise clients. You will be responsible for building strong business relationships with clients' key stakeholders, owning the negotiation and closing of renewal and up/cross-sell deals in APAC, and serving as the main point of contact for decision makers' issues with their accounts and contracts.

You will work closely with customer success managers, engineers, and product owners to ensure successful implementation of solutions and massive ROI for clients. Analyzing customers' business including business models, key performance metrics, and high-level technical architectures will be a key part of your role, as well as consulting with clients towards more efficient adaptation, usage of product functionalities, best practices, and resource planning to achieve a high degree of customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have relevant account management, sales, and/or management consulting experience in a digital environment, preferably with at least 4 years of experience. Fluency in the digital marketing space, understanding of the commercial aspects of the Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) business, excellent client-facing and interpersonal skills, and the ability to distill complex marketing concepts into simple terms are also essential requirements.
