Job Description:
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing administrative and consultative services to support our clients' mobility programs. You will work closely with business leaders and Human Resources teams to provide support on specific programs, consult on efficiencies, and resolve issues.

This role is based in Singapore and offers a hybrid working model with work from home available.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of relocation and customer-facing skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a high-volume, high-intensity, and fast-paced environment. They will also possess excellent communication skills, including the ability to take ambitious questions and respond thoughtfully.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support regional and global client-directed pre-assignment initiatives
  • Manage shared mailbox by filtering and redirecting incoming requests and tasks
  • Act as first level of review on escalations from Envoys, Recruiters, and HR partners
  • Prepare and deliver relocation agreements and support cost estimate work as needed
