We’re working on multiple exciting openings for Relocation & Mobility Consultants in Singapore.

The Relocation & Mobility Consultant will manage the international relocation process from start to finish for assignees and their families.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Conduct briefing calls with assignees, advising them on the relocation process and building a strong relationships
- Coordinate global mobility and relocation services including temporary accommodation, visa and immigration, compensation, payroll, household goods moving and language training
- Maintain an in depth understanding of client global mobility programs and policies
- Utilise global mobility and relocation expertise to provide advice to assignees and clients
- Work closely with third party vendors, ensuring relocation services are delivered in a timely manner
- Regularly update the internal system with relevant assignment data and documentation
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the relocation process, meeting/exceeding SLAs

**Key Requirements**:

- At least 2 years Global Mobility, Assignment Services or Corporate Relocation experience
- Excellent knowledge of relocation services including temporary accommodation, visa and immigration, compensation, payroll, household goods moving and language training
- Ability to work in a fast-paced high attention to detail environment
- Excellent customer service and relationship building skills
- Confident user of IT programs including Microsoft Office
