Relocation Consultant

Objectives
- To deliver the range of relocation and moving services offered by Sterling Relocation to its client base
- To deliver financial and operational value to Sterling Relocation.
- To interact with Sterling clients for the delivery of services to their employees.
- To accurately assess and record an assignee's requirements in order to effect a stress-free, high quality move, at agreed profit levels
Key Responsibilities:
1.Relocation Assistance
- To manage assignee files and ensure complete satisfaction from assignee and family and client by exceeding their service expectations
- To take detailed client briefs/needs analysis
- To learn and administer clients policies.
- To develop relationship with clients, assignees and their families
- To ensure that information requested by assignee is provided on a timely basis.
- To return calls or respond to requests for information within same business day for calls received prior to 3 pm, after that by next business day at noon.
- To brief and liaise with counsellors, letting agents, and realtors, and supervise the preparation of property viewings, inventories, check-ins, tenancy agreements, renewal and departures, home sale and home purchase.
- To Manage school search programme
- To set up utilities and all concierge services.
- To highlight to the manager any cost overruns and act accordingly
- To ensure any suitable issues are promptly escalated where appropriate to ensure corrective action can be taken
Move Management
- Manage moves from inquiry to closing.
- Actively manages file to Sterling & FIDI/FAIM standards, acting within company guidelines at all times.
- Ensure client records on company computer system are accurate and entered in a timely manner.
- To interact with Moving agents with the objective of maintaining good working relationships and encouraging them to select Sterling as their Asian partner.
- To carry out courtesy calls / quality checks at the homes of clients whilst moves are in progress.
- To report on quality issues and make recommendations to London management on agent selection.
- To act as a liaison to the third parties
Account Management
- Continuously seek opportunities to sell Sterling services to assignees and accounts.
- Proactively assist clients with all queries and obtain information when answers not known.
- To ensure complete satisfaction from our clients.
- To assist with client meetings
- To update all client documentation upon receipt of new information
- To keep Helix updated and ensure all notes screen are completed for the client to view.
- To ensure all data in Helix is correct so clients can run reports via the extranet.

Experience & Qualifications
Experience
- Previous experience within the Global Mobility Industry.
- Strong understanding of the different services including Household goods, Relocation, and Immigration.
- Previous experience working in a customer facing role.
