Our organization is seeking a skilled administrator to manage our facilities relocation project. This role involves overseeing the preparation and coordination of workstation renovations, as well as ensuring proper accounting of logistics.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be able to work independently, and possess strong attention to detail.

We are looking for a team player who can provide logistical support for various tasks, including setting up storerooms as storage hubs and coordinating post-renovation office readiness.

About the Role
  • Manage swing area and renovation preparation activities.
  • Coordinate tagging of workstations, distribution/collection of carton boxes, and liaise with movers.
  • Track renovation schedules and ensure proper accounting of logistics.
  • Oversee shifting and return of operational and application equipment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Singaporean citizenship required.
  • Minimum Diploma in any field or its equivalent.
