Expert Relocation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced relocation specialist to join our team. As an expert in the field, you will be responsible for guiding relocating employees through every stage of the process.

Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that each employee feels at home in their new city. This will involve coordinating moves, handling logistical details, and providing ongoing support throughout the relocation journey.

To be successful in this role, you must have a deep understanding of the local rental market, education system, and registration processes. You should also possess excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues alike.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will need to be self-motivated and able to work independently, managing your time effectively to meet deadlines. Prior relocation or moving assistance experience is preferred, but not required.

This is a part-time position, requiring a minimum of 20 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be flexible and available to work weekends, as needed.

About the Role
  • Coordinate relocations for employees, ensuring a smooth transition to their new city
  • Provide expert guidance on local neighborhoods, transportation options, and culture
  • Conduct housing research, including rental market trends and school ratings
  • Offer support with essential services, such as driver's license conversion and banking setup
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for relocating employees, liaising with clients, partners, and vendors as needed
Requirements
  • Bachelor or Associate's degree (or equivalent) preferred
  • Extensive experience with technology tools, such as Microsoft Office and Google GSuite
  • Ability to read and interpret documents, write routine reports, and speak effectively before groups
  • Must have a laptop, smartphone, and reliable internet connection
  • Able to commit to a minimum of 20 hours per week
  • Friendly, outgoing personality, with strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
