The Role
This position focuses on building long-term strategic relationships with high-volume customers, driving adoption and growth opportunities across multiple accounts.
You will be responsible for identifying target opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, and proactively building relationships with customers to focus on retention.
- Pivot account management strategies based on diverse customer requirements and needs seamlessly and efficiently.
- Act as an advisor to customers to ensure they are leveraging the solution effectively.
- Monitor and identify usage trends to uncover renewal risks and support greater adoption rates.
What You Will Do
Manage requests from your book of business, including but not limited to technical support escalations, billing questions, and documentation/enablement requests to ensure a positive customer experience.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (support, product, finance, and legal) to achieve mutual goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications
We seek a customer-minded individual who is driven and motivated by a career in sales with a strong desire to grow in Customer Success.
A strong communicator (written and verbal) with excellent attention to detail is essential for this role.
Experience in independently negotiating contract terms and overcoming pricing objections for up-sell/cross sell activities is highly desirable.
0-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role is preferred, with a passion for building lasting relationships.
