Customer Success Manager

The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and experienced professional in the logistics industry. They will have a proven track record of success in business development, with a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to pursue them
- Maintaining positive relationships with existing customers and identifying opportunities to increase revenue
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop and implement sales initiatives
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike. They will also have a deep understanding of the logistics industry and its complexities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role in freight forwarding, shipping line, air cargo, logistics, supply chain or similar industries
- Degree level or equivalent
- Certification in Logistics and/or Supply Chain would be an added advantage
- Strong customer focus and service ethics
