Retail Business Growth Manager

We are seeking a dynamic leader to drive the growth of our retail and e-commerce business. The ideal candidate will develop and execute commercial strategies, overseeing all aspects of retail stores, e-commerce channels, and future sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Create comprehensive commercial strategies to drive market growth and capitalize on new opportunities.
- Take ownership of the Profit & Loss (P&L), ensuring financial targets are met while optimizing productivity and operational efficiency across all retail sites.
- Inspire, manage, and mentor a large retail team, fostering a positive and productive work culture.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, suppliers, and internal teams like Marketing and Product Development.
- Utilize key metrics to monitor business performance, analyze data, and adapt strategies for continuous improvement.
- Proven experience leading large teams and managing multi-site retail operations.
- Demonstrable expertise in managing P&L and strong financial acumen.
- Deep knowledge of the retail market in Singapore, including e-commerce.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience in wholesale, franchising, or other commercial channels is beneficial.
This role requires a results-driven leader who can align business operations with long-term strategic goals. Travel may be required to support operations across different locations in Singapore.
