Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Store Operations: Develop and implement strategies to optimize sales, margin, profits, and manage inventory levels without affecting product availability at the selling floor.
- Customer Satisfaction: Foster an environment that ensures exceptional customer service, achieving sales and profit targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings.
- Team Leadership: Provide coaching, support, and guidance to staff to develop a high-performance team, ensuring adherence to HR policies and maintaining a well-coordinated organization structure.
- Performance Monitoring: Conduct daily walk-throughs, roll calls, briefings, and communication to inform staff of key objectives, customer feedback, and sales comparisons, ensuring smooth operations.
- Candidate Requirements: Comfortable working on a 6-day workweek schedule with rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
