Job Summary:

The successful candidate will lead retail performance strategies to drive business growth, focusing on increasing sales, optimizing profitability, and enhancing customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective retail performance strategies
  • Oversee inventory management and compliance with established policies and procedures
  • Lead team members in sales and customer service roles
  • Promote premium visual merchandising and maintain exceptional store presentation

Budget Management:

Manage budgets effectively to ensure seamless store operations

Audit and Loss Prevention:

Maintain a robust loss prevention strategy and conduct regular store audits

Events and Promotions:

Organize and deliver engaging events to foster strong relationships and drive revenue growth

Sales Performance Analysis:

Monitor and analyze sales performance and operational KPIs to generate actionable insights

Requirements:

A bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, Finance, or a related field is required

A minimum of 5 years of experience in retail operations is necessary

Prior experience in luxury or precious metals is advantageous but not mandatory

Working Details:

The position is based at our headquarters in Teban, with outlets across Singapore

Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
