A global leader in the Apparel & Fashion Retail Industry is seeking a dynamic Retail Operations Director to oversee its operations across the APAC region. The organization is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences and operational excellence, ensuring its retail network aligns with its global growth strategy.

**The Responsibilities**:

- Drive a comprehensive retail strategy for APAC, ensuring alignment with global objectives and market-specific goals.
- Ensure operational excellence in sales, customer experience, and process efficiency across all retail locations.
- Identify and evaluate new retail opportunities, oversee store openings, and manage expansion plans.
- Champion high service standards, brand consistency, and customer engagement initiatives to boost loyalty and satisfaction.
- Build, mentor, and retain a high-performing retail management team, fostering leadership and continuous learning.
- Oversee P&L, budgeting, and forecasting, optimizing sales growth and cost management for profitability.
- Implement best practices to streamline store operations, inventory management, and customer service processes.
- Analyze sales trends, market data, and customer feedback to inform strategic decision-making.
- Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and product teams to support business initiatives and retail success.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive dynamics to drive innovation and maintain a strong market position.

**The Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field (MBA preferred) with 10+ years in retail management, including 5+ years in senior leadership.
- Proven track record in managing multi-location retail operations, driving strategy, efficiency, and P&L management across APAC or similar regions.
- Strong understanding of customer behavior, in-store experience optimization, and brand consistency to enhance engagement and satisfaction.
- Ability to lead, mentor, and build high-performing retail teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and results-driven performance.
- Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, profitability management, and data-driven decision-making using market trends and customer insights.
