Job Title: Store Manager

Main Responsibilities:

The Store Manager holds a pivotal role in optimizing store performance and profitability.

The ideal candidate will work closely with the Retail Director to evaluate market data, create strategies, and set productivity goals for the store.

Key responsibilities include taking ownership of store productivity and sales plans forecast, creating a high-energy sales and service-focused environment, managing relationships with key stakeholders to achieve sales, and overseeing the physical store environment.

In addition, you will identify underperforming staff, manage development or counseling, and ensure visual merchandising and store maintenance standards are met.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in retail or service industry management
  • Excellent client service and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
