We are seeking a skilled Business Growth Specialist to drive business success through retail store development, prospect identification, and relationship building.

  • To develop business opportunities in retail stores, including Sim Lim and other new retail outlets, with the goal of achieving monthly sales targets.
  • To identify and pursue prospects through various lead generation activities, such as direct mailing, cold-calling, and referral programs.
  • To meet with prospects to understand their purchasing requirements, decision-making processes, and criteria, and provide support to enhance their business through our solutions offerings.
  • To provide value propositions, prepare quotations, and conclude sales.
  • To engage with existing customers to build long-term relationships and drive continuous business growth.

Requirements:

  • A self-motivated and competitive individual with strong communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Fluent in Chinese language to facilitate liaison with China HQ counterparts and personnel.
  • Experience in handling retail stores in Sim Lim is an added advantage.
