We seek a Deputy Business Development Manager to join our Sales, Business Development and Distribution Marketing team in Singapore, covering the Indonesia region.

  • The ideal candidate will lead a business development team and collaborate with the Business Development Manager to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) for admissions, room nights, trade marketing activities, and other metrics in Indonesia.
  • This role will support the activation and execution of sales & marketing initiatives across Southeast Asia markets.
  • You will establish a strong network of local trade partners, identify market trends, and develop distribution strategies tailored to the Indonesian market.
  • The successful candidate will design and launch targeted trade marketing programs to drive attendance and room night conversions.
  • You will leverage online travel developments and partnerships with online travel agencies (OTAs) to promote the business.
  • Negotiate and collaborate with third-party partners to launch promotional programs.
  • Achieve or exceed goals for theme park admissions and hotel room nights, and analyze distribution efficiency.
  • Support managerial tasks related to the office with the Business Development Manager.
  • Execute sales tactics and trade marketing programs efficiently.
