Job Title: Business Growth Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Business Growth Specialist to drive business development across Indonesia. This role involves promoting new and existing products, coordinating between clients and internal teams, and maintaining accurate sales records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities in Indonesia.
  • Develop targeted sales strategies and coordinate lead generation activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions and support.
  • Respond to RFQs, follow-up queries, and proposal requests.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Director and team to retain and grow accounts.
  • Maintain and update client databases and sales pipelines.
  • Prepare monthly updates on Indonesia market developments.
  • Travel regularly for client visits and tradeshows.

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Able to travel regularly across Indonesia.
  • Strong coordination, reporting, and client-facing skills.
