We are seeking an HR Assistant to join our team at Recruit Express Pte Ltd, working on a 6-month contract basis.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for recruitment activities, including preparing job descriptions, posting vacancies, reviewing resumes, coordinating interviews, conducting reference checks, and communicating with hiring managers and candidates. Additionally, they will assist with pre-onboarding arrangements such as pre-employment checks.

In terms of administrative duties, the HR Assistant will update HR records, review invoices, and perform filing tasks. The role requires a strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Requirements

To be considered for this position, applicants must hold a Diploma in HR or Business Administration, possess proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and exhibit excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. They should also be detail-oriented and have a proactive approach to problem-solving.
