Administrative Accountant for Healthcare Entity

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Accountant to join our team at Inspire Healthcare Private Limited.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing full sets of accounts, including AR, AP & GL, and ensuring accurate and timely tax returns and other accounting documents. They will also prepare billing for external customers and intercompany transactions, verify staff claim forms, and perform general administrative duties.
**Responsibilities:**
- To handle full set of accounts (AR, AP & GL) and maintain updated records.
- Prepare and file accurate and timely tax returns and other accounting documents.
- Prepare billing for both external customers and intercompany transactions.
- Verify staff claim forms and issue reimbursements.
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, sorting and organizing documents.
**Requirements:**
- Certificate / Diploma in accounting or equivalent qualification.
- Knowledge and competency in accounting principles.
- Relevant finance or equivalent experience.
- Strong attention to details and ability to accurately perform tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office and accounting software.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin for effective communication with associates.
- Initiative, positive attitude, and good teamwork skills.
**Benefits and Compensation:**
This role comes with an attractive salary of ₹65,000 - ₹85,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience. Other benefits may include professional development opportunities and a dynamic work environment.
