Job Summary

This HR Administration role at THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is a fantastic opportunity to work in an administrative setting, handling general office duties and HR-related tasks. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various administrative functions such as document management, bank transactions, and employee relations.

Responsibilities
  • Administer company documents and files, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Process bank transactions, including cheque deposits and withdrawals.
  • Perform payroll administration, including IR21 and IR8A submissions.
  • Support the management of staff probation, confirmation, appraisal, and promotion processes.
  • Handle office administration tasks, including air ticket purchases and accommodation arrangements.
  • Assist with the implementation of company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain employee records and perform data entry tasks.

Requirements

Minimum qualifications include a diploma or degree in HR or Business Administration, with at least 4 years of related experience. Knowledge of Sage Payroll System and whyze HR are advantageous.


Benefits
