Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR cum Admin professional to handle various administrative tasks and support daily operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Advertise job openings, search and schedule candidates for interviews;
  • Manage administration and record-keeping documentation;
  • Prepare employment contracts and ensure compliance with regulations;
  • Support the management team with daily administration and operations matters;
  • Prepare weekly staff attendance reports for payroll purposes;
  • Process work passes and manage leave records;
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the Manager.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in HR Administration;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $35,000 - $45,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we offer a range of benefits including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
