Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Strategic Client Manager to take charge of our client relationships.

As a successful candidate, you will have 2-4 years of experience in client relationship management within an agency setting or equivalent.

If you possess excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and are able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive outlook, we encourage your application.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met through effective project management and organisation.
  • Assist in managing partnerships with clients, providing support to senior management and attending client meetings as required.
  • Support digital marketing and advertising campaigns by understanding each client's business goals and serving as the primary point of contact.
  • Prepare and present proposals to clients, develop creative briefs for internal teams, and coordinate the involvement of external vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Plan, set up, track, and analyse digital campaigns, prepare performance metrics and analytics reports, and monitor projects until delivery with quality control.

Able to think creatively, problem-solve, and offer innovative ideas to drive campaign success. Participation in pitches and tenders is also expected.

Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of experience in client relationship management
  • Strong organisational and planning skills
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Proficiency in 360 marketing channels and analytics approaches
  • Experience with Meta Facebook/Instagram Ad Manager, Google Adwords, and other relevant tools
  • Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills

This role involves working closely with multiple stakeholders to deliver results-driven campaigns that meet our clients' objectives.

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, self-disciplined, and possess excellent interpersonal skills.

We are looking for someone who can lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritise tasks effectively, and maintain accurate records.
