Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Compensation and Benefits professional to join our team at Careers@Gov. As a key member of our Human Resource Division, you will play a critical role in driving the formulation, implementation, and review of related policies, procedures, practices, and systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement compensation strategies to attract and retain top talent, ensuring CAAS' market position is reinforced.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to adopt best practices in compensation management, including regular market benchmarking and analysis.
  • Design and implement benefits programs that are relevant, inclusive, and competitive, ensuring they meet the needs of our employees.
  • Lead the benefits function, working cross-functionally to ensure the success of new benefit programs and manage all communication and change efforts.
  • Manage the annual salary review, promotion, and bonus cycles, ensuring fairness and equity in compensation practices.
  • Participate in the annual budgeting process relating to staff costs, ensuring accurate forecasting and planning.
Requirements
  • At least 5-10 years' experience as a HR practitioner or in an equivalent capacity, with strong leadership and supervisory skills.
  • Prior experience working in public sector would be an advantage.
  • Strategic mindset, self-driven, resourceful, and results-oriented.
  • Ability to work with sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong analytical skills, organizational capabilities, and ability to work effectively within tight deadlines.
  • Possess strong interpersonal, communication (both written and verbal) and confident in engaging key stakeholders at all levels.
  • Technology savvy and familiar with digital HR solutions to drive efficiencies.
What We Offer

Successful candidates will be offered a 3-year contract in the first instance and may be considered for placement on a permanent tenure or subsequent contract renewal. Your appointment designation will commensurate with your relevant work experience.
