
HR Policy Manager

- Support the development, implementation and enhancement of HR policies and procedures to promote a positive and productive work environment.
- Collaborate with project teams on hiring plans, staff movements and training requirements.
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, ensuring seamless integration of new employees into the organization.
- Manage all aspects of employee onboarding, offboarding and repatriation, guaranteeing a smooth transition for both employees and the company.
- Verify and validate employees' time records, providing timely feedback as needed to optimize productivity.
- Oversee workers' accommodation and dormitory arrangements, including related documentation.
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly HR reports to stakeholders.
- Maintain and update training records in line with ISO standards, ensuring compliance and adherence.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, manpower regulations and company policies, mitigating potential risks and liabilities.
- Handle work pass administration, including applications, renewals, cancellations and issuance, facilitating the employment process.
- A diploma in Human Resource Management or a related discipline is preferable.
- Preferable - 5 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, demonstrating expertise and a proven track record.
