**What the role is**
- As a Senior HR Executive/ Manager, Human Resource (HR) Policy in the HR Strategy and Leadership Division, you will be involved in the formulation, review, implementation and communication of HR policies and strategies.

**What you will be working on**
- Review and formulate HR policies to enhance the attractiveness of careers in MOE. The work may involve projects/reviews relating to compensation and benefit, schemes of service, career structures, organisational design, professional/capability development and workforce transformation etc.
- Communicate HR policies to various stakeholders and support HQ divisions and schools in the implementation of these policies.
- Support the Ministry’s initiatives in the pre-school education, outdoor education, and special education sectors etc. through reviews of HR policies and structures.
- Drive MOE's workforce transformation efforts including strategic planning work with key stakeholders to understand the longer-term manpower landscape for MOE, supporting growing workforce capabilities, and developing appropriate HR schemes and structures that will meet the Ministry’s longer-term manpower needs.
- Synthesise latest developments in HR thinking and trends to support MOE HR policy reviews.

**What we are looking for**
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
- Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work well independently as well as in teams in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in policy formulation would be an advantage
