About the role

As a Senior Manager, HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in shaping and implementing HR policies and frameworks to support organizational goals. You will partner closely with leadership and stakeholders to ensure HR strategies are aligned with long-term objectives while maintaining compliance with employment regulations and best practices. The role will involve reviewing, developing, and refining HR policies, driving consistency across people processes, and providing trusted advice on a wide range of HR matters that impact both employees and the wider organization.

What we'll like to see in you

You should bring a strong foundation in HR business partnering, with a proven track record at the senior manager level in policy development, implementation, and governance. Strong knowledge of Singapore's employment legislation and regulations is essential, coupled with the ability to translate complex policies into practical guidance for leaders and staff. We are looking for someone who demonstrates both strategic acumen and operational excellence, with strong interpersonal skills to influence, engage, and build credibility across diverse groups of stakeholders.
