**Job title**: HR Manager, Compensation and Benefits & Policies
**Reporting to**: Chief HR Officer
**Purpose of the job**
Drive competitive compensation and benefits programs across the Group to attract talented employees and reduce employee turnover. Lead the development of Group HR Policies and Procedures in partnership with all COEs in the HR department and Senior Leaders.
**Job responsibilities**
- Lead the promotion, bonus and increment exercise across the Group
- Design compensation structures in the Group (grading system, job evaluation system etc)
- Develop benefits programs to motivate and retain employees
- Conduct annual Compensation and Benefits benchmarking exercise to ensure continued competitiveness in the current market
- Conduct revenue and staff costs modelling analysis to design effective C&B structures to attract and retain employees
- Train Senior Leaders, Line Managers, HRBPs and Talent Acquisition in evaluating the appropriate compensation package for job offers to optimize talent attraction and retention
- Responsible for manpower headcount and C&B budgeting
- Develop Group HR Policies and Procedures with tools such as the RASCI matrix, in partnership with Senior Leader and other stakeholders
- Lead in the annual compliance exercise, ensuring all COEs are meeting service level and audit requirements
**Requirements**:
- 10 years of experience in compensation and benefits
- Degree or equivalent level qualification
- Successful track in the design of innovative compensation and benefits programs for the retention of employees
- Experience in executive compensation design
**Other Information**:
- Location: Farrer Park
- Working days and hours: Mon to Fri, 8.30am to 5.30pm
- Basic Salary: 8K to 9K
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $8,000.00 - $9,000.00 per month
