Job Title: Senior Dining Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our team of staff and provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced leader to take on a leadership role and contribute to the success of our dining operations.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service, leading teams, and motivating staff to achieve their best. They should be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain a positive and friendly atmosphere throughout the dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and seat customers efficiently, ensuring they feel valued and respected.
  • Taking orders and serving food and beverages in a timely and professional manner, meeting high standards.
  • Anticipate customer needs and provide solutions to ensure their satisfaction, maintaining a positive and friendly atmosphere.

Requirements:

  • Min 1 year F&B working experience, preferably in a restaurant setting with a strong background in delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Preferably with food hygiene certification to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Dining Operations Requirements
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Ensure smooth operation of all dining areas, including front-of-house and back-of-house functions.
Dining Operations Skills
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with staff and customers.
  • Able to maintain accurate records and reports, and make informed decisions based on data analysis.
