Dining Establishment Operations Manager

Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Dining Establishment Operations Manager who will oversee the day-to-day operations of our facility. This individual must be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize duties effectively, and maintain high standards of quality in all areas of operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the dining establishment, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including scheduling, budgeting, and staffing.
- Conduct regular safety inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions to prevent accidents.
- Train new staff members on company policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop business strategies and achieve operational goals.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant management or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully managing teams and achieving operational excellence.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
