Dining Establishment Manager

The Restaurant Captain plays a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our dining establishment.
They are responsible for managing the front-of-house operations, including greeting guests, taking orders, and delivering exceptional customer service.
As the first point of contact for guests, they must possess excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and maintain a warm and welcoming demeanor at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests promptly and ensure their needs are met throughout their dining experience.
- Manage table reservations, seating, and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the menu and make recommendations to guests as needed.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure accurate order preparation and presentation.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns or issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Contribute to a positive and efficient team environment, adhering to high standards of professionalism and attention to detail.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing circumstances.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in a similar role preferred.
