Job Title: Fine Dining Operations Manager

We are seeking an ambitious and organized leader to oversee the smooth operation of our fine dining restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining high standards of quality control, and driving sales growth through effective leadership and teamwork.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead by example and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and staff performance.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
  • Analyze sales data and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in fine dining management, preferably in a senior role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve results.
Preferred Skills:
  • Knowledge of food cost control and inventory management systems.
  • Experience with point-of-sale systems and digital marketing platforms.
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Certification in hospitality management or a related field.
